The latest version of Capitalism Lab has an image for the Tech R&D unit.
For MODs that were built using an earlier version of the MOD Kit, the image for the Tech R&D unit may be missing.
See the below screenshots for a comparison.
To fix this, MOD creators can simply copy the file <CapLab folder>\MOD_kit\Images\Jobs\TECH.PNG from the latest MOD Kit to the same folder name in your MOD, and run the PACK.BAT to build it.
