Not every time, and not after a certain amount of gametime...just would randomly pop up stating CapMain.exe not responding...

We have just fixed a CTD crash bug that happened randomly and we will release v3.0.23C with the fix.

Got another one for ya, so when you click on the CMO in the HQ office breakdown, the ilib\slider.cpp error comes up 
and forces the game to crash...
