Ceo changes R&D w/o permission V 3.1.0

ceo keeps changing every few days R&D's .. i change back, few days later he changed again this is nonsense especially when change R&D is strictly forbidden for him by managment policy. actually all he is permitted is being a price robot, not even allowed to change anything at all but he keeps messing up MY operations, wish i could fire him. just wouldnt get a replacement for 0$ anual salary i guess

sorry havnt made a savegame, wasnt in the best mood yesterday n just moved then all R&D's into main corporation as i was restarting most researches every few days for 18 month. gonna have to wait until i got next company n make a save for ya before moving R&D centers
