Bug: Unable to relocate firm to owned plot

In the latest patch I had a convenience store and I wanted to build a supermarket instead, I moved the convenience store to a new plot and hover over its old spot (I still owned the land) and it was too small for the supermarket. So I tried to relocate the convenience store back to its spot (land still owned by me) the cost was 300,000 which I had but when I clicked the firm would not relocate.

reloacation might be 300.000. but everytime you wanna relocate you need to have the full amount including the cost for land in your wallet. as the relocation can cost you a lot more then the 300k.

example ... you have a landplot bought ealier for 500k a piece (convinience store 4 tiles = $2 million) and someone is placing on dec 2nd a couple new commercial buildings all around your landplot. land plot value is raising to lets say $2million a tile, if you relocate now to this plot inbetween dec 2nd and dec 31st you gonna have to pay 300k relocation plus the additional $1.5 million per tile increase in landvalue since dec 1st. thats a total of 4x 1.5m + 300k = $6.3 million for your relocation. i still dont know why the gamesystem is stealing the additional landvalue out of your wallet. if you however would place the relocation / new building on january 1st or after, you would only pay the 300k relocation or whatever it costs to build the structure. but you always gonna need the full value of land + structure cost in your wallet for a successful relocation.

I did a test and the land cost is $0 when I try to relocate the firm back to a land plot that I own.

And I was able to relocate it.

So it did function correctly.
