In the News feed it should show when capital interjections are made.
Has anyone seen the AI start subsidiaries and transfer firms?

Re: News on Capital Injuction / AI don't start subsidaries?
capital injections of AI companies are always in the news. A.I. corps usually never own 100% stock of the sub, the cash injection is done via issuing new shares. not that i have seen a cash injection as A.I.s would merge unprofitable companies into their parent corp and profitable subs they keep running dont need cash injections.
AI corps dont create subs i doubt they ever will, as theres a max number of competitors and creating a sub would exeed the max number.
on the other hand A.I. corps do have sometimes subs once they own more then 50% of another corp and sometimes they keep those subs up n running for a very long time. also firms are sold between A.I.'s but i am not sure if it is in the news but i have seen often enough shops / factories changing hands

I think the max competitors is an artificial because allowing the AI to create subsidiaries and spin out certain part of their operations is kinda the point of the Subsidiary dlc. Seeing them spinning out their R and D for example would be cool.
