With my subsidiary WMGP Investment Co after reading a post here about debt financing a merger and paying the loan back with the acquired company money, I decided to try this. While trying to execute this I noticed that often when I go to my subsidiary company > financial actions > Borrow/Repay Loan and I attempt to take out 20 billion in loan in it has a 50% chance of happening and not happening. Anyone else experienced this either with a subsidiary company taking a loan or the parent company?
On occasion I noticed it would give me the money but does not show up in ranking or financial actions
