Retailed Skilled AI best CEOs?

I finally spin out my media firms to make WMG Media Group. I initially hired a marketing skilled CEO he sucked! He sold a media firm after he causes it to loose money. so when looking for his replacement I wanted someone who knew how to price for advertising, so I decided on a 100 skilled set retail CEO she turned the media company around. Has anyone else noticed that they have better success with retail skilled CEOS regardless of the type of business?
