Not to nickpic moving firms

So I really like the ability to relocate firms, a great improvement if I want to relocate to a spot that slightly overlap its existing location the game should be able to identify which pieces of land needs to be acquire and let me move the building. At the moment it says that the building I'm moving is in the way which prevents firms from being moved to overlapping spaces.
