Ability to copy buildings?

Can we have the option to duplicate a building with its layout and supply chain?

Think of a retail store with 2 products from 2 warehouses. You would want to repeat this setup for multiple cities.

Obviously I +1 this with the condition that the User-Defined Layout Plan revert back to working like the warehouses.
