AI R&Ds in prime real estate

The AIs are putting too many R&Ds in prime real estate place and then place them for sell...is there a reason why their R&D centers cannot be placed outside the city center?

be happy, you can get the land cheaper that way as you gonna get the R&D's below market value sometimes quite a few million cheaper

Really? I thought I saw land for $8 million but r&d was like 12-13 million.

I also don't understand whe they constantly build, sell and demolish r&d firms with technology disruption turned on. E&D is an on going invesment.

since the AI was upgraded they usually dont rip down R&D's on a permanent bases as the majority of AI companies does make enough profit to not run out of cash. though the one or the other company sometimes still runs into this trouble and then start to rip down R&D's or stores but they dont put them up again once they got just enough cash to do so, hence stopping the build / rip down jojo and after a few shops/R&D's closed and low on total assets they merge with anothercompany. i always have the friendly merger enabled, therefore i cant state how they react without it as 95% of the companies running dangerously low on cash merge with others as they seem to be unable to solve the problem (reduce the advertisement buget to make profit) and only about 5% do actually rip down enough shops to reduce the advertisement that much that they run profit again.

I always play with friendly mergers on as well.
