Base Game: Why not Expert in farming?

Through the evolution of Capitalism Lab farming has become very profitable and necessary components in a number of products. In my current game I have NO AI who has more than 30 expertise in farming.

It may be a bug that has popped up in one of the more recent updates. I ran modded AI with maxed stats and recently I encountered the same problem. Even went back and made a new mod with same results. Has occurred in base game, no script, and no mod fresh starts I've tried where no AI goes over 30 in farming. With the modded AI all their stats are 100 except farming which is 30.

Someone pointed out a while ago that it was weird that you have an executive who is good at both farming and an product class like Computer.

So we limited it to a maximum of 30 in such cases. In the next version, we will increase the upper limit from 30 to 50.

Remember that person that was put into the game to ensure there was a low-cost executive available can we make that person an expert in farming?
