Option to reduce salaries of senior management

I would really appreciate if I could either set the salary modifier for the CEO of my subsidiaries from game creation screen (I know I can do it via script, but it would be much better if I could do it through the game, easily like I set the percent of private companies for example) OR get the option to create the subsidiary without having to hire CEO in the first place. The way it is now, unless I use the script, I don't get any benefits for establishing subsidiaries as CEO salary is huge, and his results are usually very very bad compared to when I take hand on approach and set everything by myself.
