Is anyone able to confirm if there is a way to create an R&D center with greater R&D capacity through Modding?
I've played with the Space and Size columns in the building.dbf files, successfully creating new R&D centers but none of the parameters I set seem to impact the R&D capacity or rate of development.
The Mod I am working on creates a much deeper need for R&D to stay competitive and I'm hoping to add some high capacity R&D centers.

It is not supported because the R&D efficiency is not affected by the firm size.
