Bug crashes to desktop (ai_rd.cpp)

He guys,

I bought Caplab a couple days ago and I'm loving it so far!
I played CapII for quite some time and when I saw there was a new version, I just had to have it.

There's a bug I've encountered though, I've attached the screendump.

The game crashes about every 10 gamedays or so; it's getting quite annoying.

Any fix for this?

Attach a save file before the crash happen will be more helpful to find out what exactly causing the crash.

The save file is in C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE
And you need to compress the save game into zip file, for it to be attached in the post, and have to be less than 10MB

If you have windows 7 or newer OS, there's a default compress, just right click send to compressed (zipped) folder

If you have an older windows, you can use online archive

If you don't want to compress it, or larger than 10MB, you can upload to free online fileshare services and post the link.

The compressed game is 11,4MB meaning I still cant upload it here.

So upload to online file sharing, and post a link. It's easy and takes no time. A lot of anonymous ones no registration required.

That's an very old version of the save file at version 3.4.17, have you try to update to the latest version 3.5.13? A lot of the bug has been fixed between them. I think most save files still compatible up to 3.4.00, if you are not sure, you can even backup the entire game folder of the old version in C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Capitalism Lab, before you update to newer version.

No, just played the out of the box version and figured 3.5.17 would be a later version than 3.5.13

I'll see if I can find & install the update and I'll report back here on whether the issue has been resolved.
