CBD not updating for existing commercials

I've try to test the CBD moving mechanism with red indicator on minimap, and found that the existing commercial (those let to the moving of CBD in the first place) will not update its distance to the new CBD. Causing buildings right next to each other have vastly different distances to CBD and attractiveness.

This bug will be fixed in the next patch v4.2.08.
