Any chance for service based companies?

From what I have read, digital age will have internet companies and seems like they will be a purely service based company. What if there is an option on a future expansion to have service companies like lets say a shipping company. Also your company can be contracted to move products of an existing company to other cities and prices will be charged accordingly. Another possible game change could be buildings taking time to build and you actually have to hire a building company that would bid for contracts and build your facilities for you.This can make each property that you own more meaningful since you will have to properly time your expansions. Also service companies would require to buy and maintain their assets and incur more cost of using and maintaining their assets the older it gets.
