Could you please provide me with your save game file, and let me know where on the map you positioned your mouse when the bug occurred?

David, unfortunately I was clicking the map for half an hour already by that moment and already invested 6-8B into land before the bug occured. So no save available.
I'll be more careful next time if I will decide to re-create this bug again.
