Bug? Subsidiary CEO stops purchasing retail goods

I tested it and it didn't switch products.

Attached are the screenshot (the products in the store did not change for more than 6 months). Also attached is the test game save game file.

If the problem still persists on your side, please post screenshots specifying which firms have the problems and provide the save game file.

Note that for your game, you may need to run the game for a couple months for the game to sort out the old problems and then it will run smoothly.

Hi David, I found that the problem exists only in the supermarkets.

From your save file it's happens too, almost every supermarket that's posting a net loss is due to writing off inventory,
in particular it's switching from soap to shampoo and the other way round.

You can take a look at firm 5/6 with "v2Mart/Supermarket" filters switched on.
The name should be "v2Alliance Supermarket 007 Panama City"

I ran the game for several months and the AI did not switch products. Please see the screenshots and note the game dates in the two screenshots.

What is the version number displayed at the top-right of the main menu of your game?

It's 4.3.21 as displayed from the title screen.

I can consistently reproduce it with my original 016 save file.

Notice the Middle-left cell wrote off all shampoo stocked and decides to sell soap

A month later, it decides to sell shampoo again:

Could this be related to custom products? I actually didn't use MODs but only the custom products from RealWorldMod.
