Produce in City A, sell in City B?

Is it possible to produce goods in one city and sell them in another? What about brands? Can I sell my well-known jeans in a different city?

I've just bought the game with all DLCs, played through the 8 tutorial levels and am a bit confused.

You can sell your goods in other cities. When selecting the supplier, the toggle on the right is "This city/All Cities". That should let you pick your stuff.

Don't know about branding. I get the impression that branding is handled at different levels (world/national/city) depending on various other settings.

I'm new, too, so wouldn't mind a more thorough answer on branding.
