Cannot set dividend or do any action to subdiary

I'm pretty new to this game. I purchased the 4.4.29 version and now update to 4.4.30.

I have a problem for subsidiaries: I play the original version, without mod or DLC (so I'm not playing the Subsidiaries DLC). I controlled a corporation with more than 50% stocks. But when I go to the financial action section, I can only see my own company.

I guess I should be able to control my subsidiary to set dividend or issue shares, etc. But nothing is available.

Is this a bug? Many thanks for any help!!
