I've loaded your game and tested it. Please see the attached screenshots for the testing result.But here my chairman does not only change the prices in the way like I described before which seems for me to be a bug, here he seems to control the prices completely on his own and changes them as he likes. Remember: it's ME running this firm... I can imagine that the CEO of Metro Systems overwrites my prices. But this shouldn't happen when I put ME as the operator of the shop... It was never like that before Digital Age. But perhaps this problem has something to do with the other mentioned problem.
I set the price of the OS to $109 in Jan 1997 and ran the game until Nov 1997. The price has not been changed. It is still $109 in Nov 1997.
If you have a save game where the price will get changed shortly, like in a couple weeks after loading the save game, please send it to me and I will look into it.

The next patch 5.0.05 will allow you to disable the option of automatically adjusting prices based on inflation at the HQ of your subsidiary company and this will resolve the above issue.It really seems that he adjustes the prices according to the inflation rate, as I saw it happen several times on the first day of a month, and it was always just a very low amount. This happens regardless of if you have checked the box to do it in the headquarter or not, and it happens even if you don't have any subsidiaries.

I will look deeper in it. But in this case the prices were not just adjusted to the inflation but changed significantly, as I remember the OS was put under 100$.

On a related note, we have added 5000 names to talent database (now 15000 names in total) and you could find the updated talent_names.txt in the MOD_KIT folder of the latest patch file.
I would recommend that you integrate this updated talent_names.txt into your MOD to provide users with a large number of choices of talents in games using your MOD.

It is intended.- Software firms can't be transfered from one company to another in the corporation. Is this intended or a bug? If you klick on the transfer firm button, you just can't do it.
Why is it intended? Doesn't make sense to me.
