As a suggestion wouldn't be more realistic to delegate these roles to one of the CXOs and depending to their qualities/characteristics/behavior they adjust these values, some might perform better some might not.

We want to make it possible for the player to play with game without having to spend money to hire an expensive senior executive, for a game with inflation.

For a game with inflation, without auto price adjustment, it is too tedious to play.
