I'm facing a problem with the Beta release version 5.4.00 and software companies.
Empty cells offer the choice to set up only advertising, project management or project developpement units but no more Tech research units.
When I use the pre-defined layout plan tech units are in blue color. I can hire "personn with IP design skills" only one by one. And then when I click on "Developp a new hardware IP" the windows "Which product IP would you like to developp is empty"
Have I missed a step or something ?
