R&D for new technology taking a really long time.

I just bought the bundle with all the dlcs a couple of days ago after playing a while I noticed something weird. R&D for new products take a really obsurd amount of time. I did a few restarts to check if this was normal. Very rarely it would take 3-11 years but mostly it would take 28 years. This is without mods and all dlcs enabled.

Please download the latest patch v5.4.16 which contains an improvement for this.

Thank you very much that worked. Really good game and the digital DLC is a great addition. I would recommend having the link for the most updated version of the game available right at the beginning for those who bought it that way they don't run into this bug in the future. It is semi game breaking and to new people that buy it, it might take away from there experience if they didn't know research isn't suppose to take that long.
