Cap2 dosen't work on win7

Hello,
I've recently found the capitalism2 cd from my old stuff and i want to play it again.
Althrough autorun didn't worked, i managed to install it.
Now i can't run cap2.exe program.
Here are the compatibility options i've setup :

You may try this solution:

1) Right-click on the Capitalism Lab icon to open the properties window.
2) Select the “Compatibilities” tab and check the Windows XP Compatibility option.
3) Enable the option "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings."
4) Enable the option "Run this program as an administrator."
5) Enable the option “Run in 640x480 screen resolution”
6) Run the game.

Once in the main menu of the game, you can then select any resolution that is available (either full screen or windowed) as the game is actually not limited by the 640x480 setting.

Thank for your reply
I've try what you mention, without changes
However, i took GOG vesion, installed it in a different diectory, and now my cd works
Maybe a missing dll or something like that
And by the way it seems there is no graphics options in game where i can change resolution, but it's totally playable
