Brand rating 0 everywhere when using range brand

Hi,

I use range brand. I've been doing a lot of marketing, using advertisement department in retail stores connected to a aparel good and using various media like tv/radio/newspaper.

However, in department stores in sales offices, brand of aparel is always "0".

Also, in the brand strategy window of companies, of other companies I can see stats like brand awareness and so on under them, but nothing at all like that for my company, the rows are all empty, there is no row for "Aparel" nor for any of the 4 possible aparel products.

My question is:

-is my advertising not working possibly? (if so, why could that be? I think I have everything correct for the advertising unit: connected to sales office and using a media broadcaster and the default $100k per month slider)

-or is it a bug that "range brand" strategy is not showing anything at all

-or is it showing the info somewhere else and I haven't figured out where? if so, where?

TL;DR: where can I see what my aparel products brand is worth to the public when I use "range brand" strategy? Thanks!

We will investigate the problem.

Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) Which version of Capitalism Lab you are using. You can see the version number on the top-right of the main menu.
2) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
3) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

Attached is an example save. I wouldn't be surprised if it's somehow something I'm doing wrong instead of a bug though!

1) Version 5.4.12 (Also still happens in 5.4.22, I patched just now and let it run at max speed for a good while, after a while leather goods appears but still not aparrel. I know 5.6 exists but I'm new to the game so staying with release version for now)

2) In that save, in Seoul there is a department store near the top right of the map with a working advertising unit. Now view corporate details, brand, for my corporation: nothing there for Seoul. The advertising unit should have been running for years. Is maybe its budget too low though? Also, I've been selling Apparel in Seoul since nearly the beginning of that save, yet nothing at all about Brand rating visible in corporate details for Seoul, no positive loyalty, no negative loyalty either, just nothing, no rows of information.

3) No mods, no DLCs (yet)

If not a bug but due to my stupidity, still thanks if you'd like to take a look anyway

I loaded your save game and ran advertisement on your products for a while. Thanks to the advertisement, your products' brand ratings have gone up significantly - see the attached screenshot.

I see... Paris already had advertising and yet was zero, but if I add more advertising with higher spending, I also see the numbers go up.

So I see, it was due to not enough spending on the advertising. No bug or anything
