CapStart.exe file vanished

Hi,

Yesterday I played Capitalism Lab with the City Economic DLC activated for the first time and everything was working fine. Today when I try to launch the game the same way i usually do i have a message saying something like " the shortcut you are trying to use has been modified or moved therefore it cannot run." Trying every possible way to launch the game i alwais seem to get that same message and I cannot find the CapStart.exe file anywhere on my computer.

I then proceeded to re-install the game a few times but still same mystery as the CapStart.exe file is nowhere to be found and launching the CapMain.exe file only seems to popup a black screen for a few seconds before taking me back to Windows.

The CapMain.exe file is already whitelisted on my anti-virus and isn't blocked and I'm using Windows 7. Would be grateful if anyone has any clue towards why the main game launcher file has disapeared overnight on my laptop without me doing anything about it, didnt even update or restart or move the thing! Please try applying the latest patch which contains the CAPSTART.EXE file. Download link: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4887

If CAPSTART.EXE gets deleted again, then please add CAPSTART.EXE to your anti-virus' whitelist.
