Sea Port Prices

I am finding that Sea Ports are selling products far cheaper than I am able to manufacture the same products, I understand that the manufacturing cost is dictated by the resource extraction cost and import cost, however i have the Sea Port Quality setting set to low and the other Sea Port settings set to low but still their product prices are still lower than My manufacturing costs with not too much difference in product quality.

I have put links to show example of which i am referring to.

Additionally : It would be great if Sea Ports showed where exactly they are receiving their products and resources from, either by having factorys and resource points of its own or buying from a company, as just now the prices they offer
appear to come from nowhere and just made up.

Even if there is a perfectly logical explanation for the vast difference in price, it would still be nice to see where they magically get their price from.
