2.Retail real estate. the commercial building and apartment can be sold in some small units to some citizens. and the price has the actual fluctuation due to the individuals buy and sell. And also the ai managers or companies can participate in the real estate market to buy and sell or rent for profit.
3.Due to the second reason, when small units of apartments or commercial buildings can be sold, a kind of new Internet service company "real estate agents" can be made. this kind of internet company can make profit by participating into helping real estate transactions and earning service fee from any single real estate deal.
