Hi there!
Okay, the subject is a bit confusing but I'm facing some serious trouble playing CapLab. I've just purchased the game and the screen looks like attached. Does anyone have any idea what might have gone wrong?
thx!

Hi patcetera, i've never seen this before so i cant say whats causing it
David said they are going to release a new version (v1.945) today, so you might want to wait for that and see if applying the patch helps.
If you cant wait, down the latest current patch (1.943) and see if that helps:

Re: Buy one get three...but not really as I wanted
Thanks, purifier!
I didn't realize there already is an update available, so I'll wait a bit (actually I'm at work anyhow
)
edit: I installed the update (not the one that is about to be released later today) but still there's this triple-play-screen. However, once I could get a glimpse at a message which was like hidden behind the actual screen that said I was having problems with the server connection. I'll just wait for the next update, hoping that it will fix the problem.
2nd edit: I found out, that if I keep the left mouse button pressed I can delete parts of the screen, similar to the rubber feature in Photoshop. As soon as I release the button it's the triple-screen again. As I mentioned I'm currently using my company's computer which has an NVidia GeForce 6150 if that helps (it seems like this a problem with the graphics card)

You may try the fullscreen mode and see if the problem persists.
Here are the steps:
1) download the latest version 1.950
http://www.capitalismlab.com/forum/view ... f=10&t=593
2) To apply the patch, simply unpack it to your Capitalism Lab program folder.
Your Capitalism Lab is located in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Capitalism Lab Beta, unless you changed the installation folder on the installer.
3) Put a dummy file called FULLSCR.SYS on the same Capitalism Lab program folder. You may just duplicate any file there and rename it as FULLSCR.SYS
When the game detects this file, it will run in full screen mode.
4) See if the problem is resolved or persists in the full screen.
