If you are not happy with the salary he/she asks, then you do it yourself. That's how it works. If everything can be regulated through sliders without any cost, the game loses it's capitalist sense and it becomes Slider Lab.
I get you, but CEO/Owner can override COO decisions. so i maybe add a slider under COO tasks for real estate and CEO can adjust that and if company doesnt have COO then CEO can just adjust anyway

Typically we will need 20 positive votes for a confirmation of interests from the user community. It is on a good trend to reach that.

How would you like the interface of the new Real Estate department to be designed? Any suggestions are welcome.

Just saw this thread and I fully support it. I think a slider to target occupancy by individually adjusting the rent for each building would be more helpful since certain buildings further to public facilities might have to charge lower rates (and vice versa) but I understand that this might be too computationally intensive and too difficult to program.

I'm somewhat open to being convinced, but I really hope that nothing like this is added. Too much micro to a part of the game that's supposed to be hands off. This isn't where development time and effort should go.

I understand your doubts, however as i mentioned in my earlier posts, this is simply adding the same functionality for CEO and companies that the mayor has for its cities it controls. In fact what we have now is too micro-managed.

Hello, this is what id personally think would be the simplest way to implement this feature.

As seen, the slider would give the ceo of said company or subsidiary the control to change all real estate > Apartment or Commerical > rent ptices based on the market price. I suggest that the slider has options ranging from 0% - 500% of market. This can be changed.
Could also add a button or box here to for "auto change prices to keep up with market price"

I don't understand the resistance to this feature, all it does is remove tedious micro-management, which is a huge plus when playing a real estate strategy with a large number of cities and hundreds of apartments to manage.
