Capitalism Lab Release version 5.7.12 full version installer is now available.

To install it, download it from http://12299.cdn.beyondhosting.net/capl ... taller.exe and run the installer.

New Features:
1) Improved the gameplay balance of the effects of University Research.
Now university research increases the city's competitiveness in the focused area and improves the skills and supply of talents specializing in the focused area.

2) Lots of new executive portraits (see the attached images)

3) The maximum number of persons allowed in a game has been increased from 85 to 100.

4) The City Economic Simulation DLC will provide you with the options to modify the capacity of apartment and commercial buildings.

Apartment Capacity Modifier
Use this slider to modify the capacity of all apartments. 100 is the standard value. Lowering it will decrease the number of people each apartment houses. This means that more apartments need to be built and the real estate business will be more profitable.

Commercial Capacity Modifier
Use this slider to modify the capacity of all commercial buildings. 100 is the standard value. Lowering it will decrease the amount of office space each commercial building provides. This means that more commercial buildings need to be built and the real estate business will be more profitable.

Support scripting for Apartment and commercial building capacity modifiers:

5) Improved terrain texture for the most close-up zoom mode.

6) Enhanced Firm Info mode (see the attached screenshot)
When the Firm Info mode is enabled, icons of the products being produced in factories are displayed on the city view, enabling to the player to have a grasp of the production network without having to click on individual firms.

The same applies to farms, warehouses, and natural resource firms.

The firm info for other types of firms have also received minor improvements.

7) A new [Show filtered firms only] icon on the mini-map

8) Minor improvements to firm previews, including an updated preview for software companies.

9) A new Sports Store building (see the attached screenshots)

10) You will be able to tell the exact training cost amount by hovering the mouse over the training bar.

11) The Manufacturer Guide now shows the Necessity Index of the product.

12) When you offered a new job position to an executive who is already working in your company, it will be considered as an internal transfer and there will be no negative consequences.

13) Added a new 1600x900 windowed mode.

14) Minor improvements:
a) For the player’s own salary as a CEO, in the previous versions, the salary will decrease automatically if the player company’s profit plunged and the salary will stay at the lower level forever until the player manually sets the salary again. In this latest version, the game will keep the previous salary manually set by the player and restore it to that value when the company’s profit rebounds.

b) When the WASD mode for scrolling the city view is enabled. The hotkey for opening the corporate detail report is changed to Ctrl-D from the single key 'D'. And the hotkey for opening the save game menu is changed to ALT-S from the single key 'S'.

c) Updated the background of the corporate income statement and balance sheet.

15) Bug fix:
>removed Network Tech from the tech research list as it is not used by any software products.
>the semi product DVD is excluded when Digital Age DLC is not enabled.

Not sure if this bug has been addressed in 5.6.23

When telling a subsidiary to "never change" internal sale in the management options, they do it anyways.

Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
2) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE
