Buying DLCs - Bundle deal

I already have the base game and the Subsidiary DLC, how can I get a deal to buy only the DLCs that I don't have?

The current deals are for the base game and all DLCs. (I don't want to pay for the base game and subsidiary DLC again).

This is something that steam does well, when you try to buy a bundle they don't charge (in the bundle) you for DLCs/base game or other components that you already have.
