when i try to build new civil buildings in new release it move last Civil building i clicked.
also sometimes when i try to build new commercial building i get this error.

Could you please explain this in more details? What are exact steps you have done? Are you building it on behalf of a corporation or on behalf of the city government?when i try to build new civil buildings in new release it move last Civil building i clicked.
I tried it and I didn't get any error. Is the error you encountered repeatable? If so, please let me know the exact steps for triggering the error.also sometimes when i try to build new commercial building i get this error.

I'm building no behalf of city government. I switched to Government, i moved some buildings, and then i saw that i dont have enough firefighter station and decided to build new one. but instead building new station it pasted/moved last city building i moved. Encountered is repeatable, not like every time, but happens alot.. so i tried build new commercial building on some place... then i get this error and game crash... i try to do it again and i trash again, as long as i try to build at that place... when i build few tiles away its ok... and if i now try to build on first place where game crashes it doesnt crash anymore... over time it happens again on some other tiles.
