As for side notes, I m not a fan of 2 out of 3 ideas there.
Shopping mall is useless. It compacts space needed for retail stores but I still never actually run out of space in Cap Lab.
It is possible that those users who are interested in it are using the RealWorld MOD which has tons of products. But for the base game without a MOD, what you said could be true.

There are other Real Estate suggestions on the forum. Do you find any of the following ideas interesting?

Mining... I don't see the value that it can add. Yes, Raw resources production is mostly a placeholder, but it is ok. We are building cities, not rural areas. Imagine a coal mine in downtown Manhattan. ;)
In other words, you meant a DLC focusing on mining may have very limited appeal, which I cannot disagree.
Electricity. Interesting idea. But you should invent a more interesting meta-game for it than just "place a powerplant every 10 blocks to make a grid"
If you have any ideas on a meta-game for electricity, please let us know. ;)

So making an Energy DLC will probably be more sensible that making an Energy + Mining DLC, right?

ok. back to bond bugs.
1. Yield is still wrong. On a screenshot Tokyo bond yield should be at least 10.63% (just on a napkin. I did not even count 33% premium on principal return)
2. I understand that Tokyo has only 14M on hands now out of 530M loaned but it does not matter. Bond price should not fall that bad and that fast.
That's why I always buy back my initial 80% bond on day4-5 at $20. That's simply free money. On previous patch I managed to have $43 equity per share after first month. Now it's only $27 because one bug was fixed. But I really don't know any business where you can turn $10 into $27 in just 4 days ;)

Fixed in v6.0.10.

Did your bond still drop to such a low price shortly after the game began? I wasn't able to get such a low bond price since the latest version. My bond prices mostly stay at around $100. What game settings did you use?

Yes, I agree that they have a limited amount of space with high customer traffic index. But we already have multi-store retail stores. 12 goods per 3x3 tile is already enough.
I think that RealWorld Mod users have a bigger problem with raw resources spawned in city center.
Secondary real estate market. First of all, I see only one reason to sell real estate to someone. It is to sell it back to the government. In my games when I switch from corporation management to government management, I need to sell real estate back to government to boost its revenue and increase city economy health.
Third party in this situation is citizens living in their own apartments. Yes, it is a great idea. They take mortgages in banks, buy apartments, repay mortgages back and don't pay rent anymore (and then inherit apartments). Honestly, without banks it would be useless. But once now we will have banks, it will be a good idea. The downside of this is that it will create gigabytes of additional data with limited outcome.

Land leases. Shitload of additional data. No, simply no.

Additional real estate firms. It's like adding flavor to different types of manufacture. For 20 years we are manufacturing tissues in the same way we are manufacturing cars. And that's fine. It will simply make longer lists of different types of firms. Simply no.

Mixed use buildings. Well... I understand that one day when all the map will be filled, I will be glad to have an opportunity to repurpose existing buildings instead of razing them to the ground and building them back. Unfortunately in my games I never reached this stage of the game. And I doubt that I will ever do because save games from different versions are incompatible and I restarted my global games hundreds of times instead of playing one long run for a couple of years. So also no.
Mining... I don't see the value that it can add. Yes, Raw resources production is mostly a placeholder, but it is ok. We are building cities, not rural areas. Imagine a coal mine in downtown Manhattan. ;)

Oh, by the way, talking about mining. I think that we have to remove natural resources from city centers somehow.
Electricity. Interesting idea. But you should invent a more interesting meta-game for it than just "place a powerplant every 10 blocks to make a grid"

Yes. On the other hand I already see AI struggling with making any profit with it. IRL energy is a low profit industry highly dominated by government.

Maybe only transportation DLC. However I don't see enough content here but see gigabytes of data.

Another bug. Sports facilities do not have area of effect anymore. All cities struggle with their Sports QoL rating.

Berlin Bond. Really? by the way it has $3.6B in cash and +100m/month balance.

Will forward this suggestion to the dev team.
Yes. On the other hand I already see AI struggling with making any profit with it. IRL energy is a low profit industry highly dominated by government.
On the new game setting menu, a revenue modifier can be added for utility companies, like the ones for software and internet industries. It can be used to artificially lift up the industry's profitability.
Maybe only transportation DLC. However I don't see enough content here but see gigabytes of data.
So the only DLC worth doing would be the Energy DLC in your opinion? And this is even under the condition that the dev team can come up with good ideas for some meta-game for the DLC.

Another aspect that I want to get your input: What do you think about the Analysis mode?

Would you like to see similar implementations for retail stores and farms where the player can use a UI that does not involve the 3x3 layout to set up new firms?

These issues have been fixed.

Please download the latest version v6.0.10 from https://www.enlight.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=6904

The new version is compatible with save games from v6.0.09.

New bug in 6.0.9 and 6.0.10. Appears when you try to exit to menu or close the game with Alf-F4.

From simulation perspective Transportation DLC is probably a better idea than Energy DLC.
From gameplay perspective I think that Energy DLC has more content that Transportation DLC

As for analysis mode, I think that in theory it is a good idea. Classic 3x3 grid is outdated and has to be replaced with better views and/or mechanics. Unfortunately currently analysis view is rather hollow. I still use 3x3 view almost all the time. Not because it is the future, but because it is still more useful.

I think that you should continue to make experiments with analysis view and advertise it among the players. One day it will lead to a new view that will effectively replace grid.
