But on the other hand I reinvest back all this money to increase my share in my company and as a result my bonds become smaller and my overall debt burden decreases. Actually that is the only thing I do.

in my further tests I even decreased my salary and continued decreasing my bonds amount. And still my rating drops over time for unknown reason.

P.S. Even issuing massive amount of stock and buyback of the bonds barely helps.

I've forwarded your save game files to the programmers and they will look into the problem.

I am not sure that it is a programmer's issue. I'd better say that it is about methodology.
And by the way I think that there should be some kind of latency in bond rating and price change. Something like the one implemented on stock market.

Ok, additional issue.
Let's, say, in my game I have $1.5B equity including $1.1B in Bonds.
My yearly profit is around $150M. Loan payments are already deducted from this sum, but that's ok. Let's say that bond owners are on the same page as stock owners. (I don't know if it is intentional but anyway it looks reasonable)
Since Bond interest is not excluded from my profits, I'll mention them separately. My bond payments are around $100M.
After that I am about to pay 100% dividend. And the game allows me to pay all $150M. And that is definitely wrong because my profit after Bond interest is only $50M.

Addition. This situation also affects my stock price. In fact it is inflating it. In my case by around 300%. So probably it should be better to subtract bond payments from my profit.

These bonds in fact belong to me as a player, not as a company. They are not just bought back and closed.
By the way I suspect that it is the same for bonds that are bought back by the issuer. But I cannot prove it.

Oh, by the way, money that a player receives as an interest from the bonds are not deducted from the company.
And the bond principal owned by player is not deducted. Basically it is all free money.

The same is for cities

Just wanted to give you an update that the dev team is still working on the fixes and improvements. They expect to release an updated version in the coming week.

From simulation perspective Transportation DLC is probably a better idea than Energy DLC.
From gameplay perspective I think that Energy DLC has more content that Transportation DLC
Your statements precisely describe the current dilemma when it comes to potential new DLC development.

So do you suggest that the dev team should focus on improving the base game instead of embarking on a new DLC development, after the completion of the Banking DLC?

If so, which aspects of the game need improvements the most, in your opinion?
As for analysis mode, I think that in theory it is a good idea. Classic 3x3 grid is outdated and has to be replaced with better views and/or mechanics. Unfortunately currently analysis view is rather hollow. I still use 3x3 view almost all the time. Not because it is the future, but because it is still more useful.
Please explain what you meant by "rather hollow" and how it can be possibly improved.
I think that you should continue to make experiments with analysis view and advertise it among the players. One day it will lead to a new view that will effectively replace grid.
Currently there are little boxes representing stocks of products being animated in units in the 3X3 grid. When the 3x3 grid is gone, would you imagine that the game will become more static and actually less interesting to play? Also, it will reduce the amount of user interaction required for setting up and running firms, will that make the game less fun? In the majority of time, the player will be just analyzing tons of data. Once decisions are made, it will actually take only a few clicks to execute, if the 3x3 grid is replaced with something simpler.
