More Company Colors

Maybe this has been suggested before, but it would be great if we could add more color options for Companies. As the number of competitors has increased we haven't had the related increase in color options. This impacts the game's interfaces since multiple competitors on a product may share the same color and thus their section of the market is unknown.

I agree, some colors could use more contrast to others as well as it is sometimes difficult to differentiate.

Could someone put together a list of colors with their RGB codes, that are distinguishable by human eyes? I would then send the list to the dev team for their consideration.

But the number of colors of the corporate logos are fixed though and cannot be increased further. So the additional colors will be visible on the brand color bar and on the pie charts only.

The colors of the logos are limited to the existing colors, as the different color versions of the logos need to be pre-made and stored in the \MOD_kit\Images\Logos folder.

You're right that it will be like a secondary color for each corporation. The dev team's plan is to display this secondary color on pie charts, and the brand color indicators below product images.

Update:

While the number of colors for corporate logos are fixed, the number of the corporate colors displayed in pie charts and corporate color indicators will be increased in the next post-release beta version 6.5.00, making it easier to distinguish them.
