Capitalism Lab Release version 5.9.05 full version installer is now available.

To install it, download it from https://caplab.b-cdn.net/Capitalism_Lab_Installer.exe and run the installer.

Please note that save games older than v5.9.00 are not compatible with this new version.

New Features and Improvements:
1) A brand new Computer Store building.

2) New feature: A new Real Estate department in the Headquarters.

It provides two functions:

[ ] Auto Manage Apartments
[ ] Auto Manage Commercial Buildings

When enabled, the computer will automatically manage all of the corporation's existing apartments and/or commercial buildings. It will set their rents based on the settings in the HQ and free you from the tedious task of managing the rents of individual buildings.

It also gives you the flexibility of customizing the rents of individual apartments/commercial buildings. You will see a new [Global] button on the UI of individual buildings. When it is set to [Global], it uses the global rent settings from its HQ's Real Estate department. When it is set to [Local], the rent is set locally.


3) A new Market Share window has been added to the Manufacturer Guide and the Product Detail report. It shows the market shares of the competitors of the product being viewed.

With it, you could make better informed decisions when it comes to selecting a new product to manufacture.

5) In City Economic Simulation DLC, the “Land Price Index” setting is available in both the Survival mode and the standard mode. (Previously, it was only available in the Survival mode.).

The new game settings including the “Public Expenses Index”, the “Land Price Index” and the “Donations to Rival Political Parties” have been moved to the “City Economic Simulation DLC” setting page.

6) Added a new column “Growth %” and a new display “Real GDP Growth” in the “GDP” page in the City report.

7) Added a loan interest graph to the city report in games with the City Economic Simulation DLC enabled.

When i tried to make a custom game, the setting turn on technology disruption does not work. In addition, the option for multiple stores is not there.

Technology disruption is fixed to Off when Product Customization is enabled.

The Multiple Store option is only available when you have the Subsidiary DLC enabled.

Hi newbie here,I just bought the game with the DLCs. I received a download link of the 5.9.03 version of the game. My question is should I uninstall it and install the 5.9.04 version found on this page instead? Also, should I fallow the forum for further updates of the game?
I would also thank the people who has created such a game. This game should be more popular.

There is no need to uninstall 5.9.03 prior to installing 5.9.04. You may just install 5.9.04 on top of it. This will make the process easier.
