tutorial for banking DLC?

is there a tutorial for Banking DLC?

I thought buying a bank HQ would be the obvious logical first step if Banking & Finance is what you wish to do in the game but starting money is not enough for that and all I see under the menu choice form Baking nd Finance DLC IS the banking HQ.

I started reading that and it tells me that my first step is to build a banking headquarters but I don't have enough money to buy the banking headquarters from the start of the game.

I would suggest to the dev team for adding a new "Massive" option to the player Startup Capital setting when the Banking DLC is enabled.

In the meantime, you may raise capital by issuing new shares or bonds.
