POLL: AI "persons" should automatically deposit idle money in banks

When I acquire companies during late game, I often see the owners hoarding billions of dollars of cash and it pains me to see inflation slowly eat away their wealth. If they do not want to invest their money in stocks/bonds, they should deposit it in a bank, period. It is utter stupidity to stuff ten billion dollars in the mattress or however they store the cash to earn 0% interest rate.

I totally agree with that and also think that governments should be automatically sweeping their surplus cash into deposits (savings account) as well to earn a yield.
