I think that would be the most sensible solution to be able to "remove" these pesky mansions.
I hope that if instead the town hall is allowed to demolish them, the owner receives a substantial compensation!!

While the poll hasn't received a sufficient number of positive votes, it is apparent that too many mansions can cause problems to the player. So the dev team has decided to modify the AI so that AI persons will not build more than one mansion.
