Company A went bankrupt due to poor management. When insolvency, asked Company B, Company C, D person, E person, whether to acquire or provide funds for Company A.

I had thought of that too, that's a good idea. Because for example if this company has technologies that interest me I can buy it to keep them.

In my practice there were situations with bankruptcies where they were immediate without any apparent reasons. (AI decided to bankrupt company that had -200M net worth with more than 100M cash on hands)

The only way I could see this happening would be due to the repayment of a bond.
