If I buy out a bank company and then merge with other banking companies, only 1 HQ is kept for the newly merged company.
This gives the chance for AI to set up new companies as currently there is only 1 competition.
On the other hand if I create an insurance company and merge it with for example 4 other insurance companies, I end up with 5 HQs - which is a bug in itself - and the AI won't set up new insurance companies because he thinks there are still 5 companies in game.
