Hello,
I have an issue with my bank. People are massively depositing money on the bank (I have about 16 billion now), but they don't take any loans: the total amount of loans I have standing is shrinking... How is that possible, and how to reverse this? I already lowered the loan interest I offer to the absolute minimum, but to no avail. How to attract more people who take loans?

Moneytheory, I loaded your save game and noticed that the AI corporations have not taken any loans because they have plenty of cash.
