Hey!
I like y'alls idea on making the insurance companies a sub. Is it possible to make the banks a sub like insurance companies as well? They basically operate as one now and muddy up the income sheet. Given that they are their own entity can you please allow bank and insurance companies to issue their own bonds (like they do in real life)? It might be worth while to keep the balance sheets separate (this part would be tricky because you'll still want the positive equity in the bank and insurance company to be reflected in the holding company balance sheet) Also, to help clean up the income sheet of the holding company can you show the income line as such:
-operating income (from normal business operations like factories and retail- this is currently missing)
-banking income (only income from transfers from bank to holding company*)
-insurance income (only income from transfers from insurance company to holding company*)
-net income (combination of all three)
I think this should help neaten up quite a bit the income sheet
Thanks for reading
*Allow for this to be set to a percentage of the monthly profits
