hi, I have this issue.. The job candidate for R&D product my new city is always 1 ( i let it run for 2 years still 1 ) , other cities are fine , they can regenerate.
I dont have issue for the R&D tech job as it add 1 candidate every 1 year...
I have sent my saved file , I am using latest version 6.4.12 and MOD realworld V11.35.
