Poll: Seeing available talents in HR department

Suggestion: add a function in the Human Resources (HR) department in Headquarters that allows you to see available talents in each city. You could use it to check the availability of talents in different cities before building R&D centers and software firms.

What about managerial skills?
It could be nice if in the HR department we could sort (chief) candidates by skill too, so you have the skilled people (available) in different areas displayed immediately.

To me this is such a no-brainer. While I play with the Digital Age DLC extensively now, for a while it remained on the sidelines even though I had purchased it because of this issue. It is still a pain to build an R&D center just to know what talents are available. Now, I just go to the highest wage city, save, build the R&D and look for a talents in all areas just to have an idea of what is available. Of course, if nothing is available in what I was looking for, I reload and go to a different city with next highest wage city. Now, if my corporation is overflowing in digital cash, no big deal. Either bulldoze it or research something else. What if my corporation is one game week old? Cash is tighter and information, i.e., where the talents are is power. Keep it mind, the a.i. competition doesn't have to guess.
