Crash when checking Game Setting from the Menu.

When you use the script feature and alter the settings for: ''Bond Credit Standard'' and set it to ''Loose'' It crashes the game when inspecting the game setting and doesn't work properly. v6.5.14

NOT WORKING HOW? Tight = Normal, Normal = Loose, Loose = Crash Game when checking the appropriate game settings in-game (if used through the scripting feature setting this feature set to ''loose'' will crash the game when game settings is inspected in-game, setting it to ''normal'' will output the ''loose'' setting when checked in-game and not crash, setting it to ''tight'' will output the ''normal'' setting ingame and not crash but the ''loose'' setting will crash it.

The once the game is loaded go to the menu, check game settings and go to where this feature is displayed in the game settings menu under the ''bonds'' section of the banking and finance tab, it will output error: ''Error on File: ILIB/OptSelector.CPP Line:118''

This bug will be fixed in the upcoming patch v6.5.15.
