Individual Notification Toggle for R&D Center

I would love to see the ability to toggle R&D notifications on and off by center. I know that there is the global option now which turns on or off all notifications, but being able to choose which R&D centers notify would be awesome.

I absolutely love this game. I've been playing it since 2002, and it's amazing to see how far it has come since then.
