buying out AI

Hey Dave & Developing team.

I would love to have a feature where I can offer to buy a private company... or maybe offer to merge with a company of the same industry. Like the real world maybe if 2 companies are interconnected within the same industry we can partner to do research and development. I just find it hard to buy a AI company and it should be hard but maybe I can make them an offer, or merge with them and use the CEO as a COO. Just a thought! if an AI company is private I would like to be able to make them an offer to buy them out! or turn them to a subsidiary.

It would make the game way to easy because would not allow for competion and monopoly. But it should be a script ore setting but not default.
